I’ve got a long way to go, but….. 2 weeks into my 90 day challenge and I have lost 12.5 inches! My cravings have stopped and there is no more challenging portion control, which has plagued me as long as I can remember! I take 6 a day, 2 about 15-30 minutes before each meal.
